For as long as I can remember, my choices and decisions have been driven by curiosity, a desire for deep experience, playfulness, and beauty. Being a part of and contributing to the wheels of constant development, exploration and creation of new, better perspectives is my path and the reason for founding Blue in Green.

After completing my Master’s degree in International Relations at CEU in Budapest, I took a job at the international consultancy HILL International, where I have been working in various leadership roles for twenty years. A milestone on my journey was marked by collaboration with the British consultancy Nowhere (2012), which gave me an insight into designing transformational processes. From then until today, I have had the opportunity to follow and support many personal and corporate stories of profound shifts. In 2019, I combined years of valuable experience, knowledge, and insights under the Blue in Green brand. Under her auspices, I also work as the Leader of Points of You® Slovenia.

I have been a hungry learner all my life, a seeker for wisdom, beauty, and new experiences.

Walking a path with a heart is my inner compass, engaging with life as an adventure. At Blue in Green we tap into our collective wisdom, so we all benefit by working together to co-create the future.

After completing my studies in industrial engineering at the Technical University of Vienna, I began my career as an assistant professor in the field of management and organizational theory. I received my PhD with a dissertation on planning methods in consulting. For more than fifteen years, I have held leading positions in major international organizations of Austrian industry and in Siemens. In 2001, I became self-employed and focused my work on the areas of creativity, leadership and organizational culture development.

My interest in the technical profession and leadership has always been intertwined with exploring the ways in which ancient civilizations operate and organize. In my search for approaches and tools transferable to the context of modernity, I had the opportunity to train for seven years at the Ehama Institute in New Mexico. Today, this ancient knowledge, aimed at the development of consciousness, is more than suitable for ‘re-use’ in the servitude of individuals and organizations on the path of discovering their purpose and unleashing creative potential.

75% of people receive information primarily through sight. This information alone makes sense of my contribution to Blue in Green’s commitment to the ®evolution of leadership and business culture.

I am a graduate philosopher and graphic designer with over 10 years of experience in graphic designing and media. At Blue in Green, I take care of the overall graphic image, design and beautiful appearance of the materials we create in the process of cooperating with clients and publications aimed at raising public awareness through various media.

The story behind our name

Blue in Green is a metaphor for invisible dimensions and forces, which impact business success as well as quality of life. Our name is so to speak the colour formula of sustainable success. 

GREEN would not exist without two basic and invisible elements: blue and yellow. In a figurative sense, green represents the ASPIRATION of organizations and people to sustainable success, the power to change, adapt, re-new and a source of energy to overcome all challenges and uncertainties. It represents all that is an obvious aspiration.

In this context, BLUE represents everything that is hidden from the eyes, that is unconscious, but nevertheless conditions “green success”. Blue is a metaphor for organizational CULTURE, the value system, the quality of relationships, and the creation of conditions to express one’s own unique tone of green.

YELLOW, on the other hand, represents a concern for the source of the strength and VITALITY of organizations; that is, caring for the well-being and development of the people who bring their life energy, creativity, knowledge and experience to the work environment.

In order to be able to provide support to clients emerging from different realities, we had to develop skills and attentions that are very similar to those that distinguish jazz musicians. We come to you with different instruments, we are a little provocative, we can act surprisingly, we are playful and very attentive to what is happening, we use what you need at a given moment, we play and develop a melody together with you.

Jazz is distinguished and defined by improvisation, exploring the new, freedom of form, unique expression, but this in no way means that it violates fundamental musical laws. The principles that guide us in cooperation with you are:

  • respecting the lawfulness of your music
  • developing of the human dimension in interaction
  • attending to moments of breakthrough quality.

Jazz represents more to us than music. It is a source of inspiration and learning. It also offers an excellent metaphor of the contemporary context, requiring organizations and leaders to evoke the ability to constantly adapt, develop, and improvise in the moment of playing. Therefore, we believe that learning to play jazz today is a necessary skill in business and life.

In our collaboration, this means that we always design interactions and processes in an experiential way. We believe that people know all the answers and ingredients. We help you dig them to light and stir them in a meaningful and sustainable – the blueberry way.

The circle is a way of being for us. Its symbolic meaning is imbued with mutual respect and encounter at the level of equality – human to human. It creates room for diversity to manifest without judgement. It allows the flow of life energy; it offers the possibility of thinking together and to be amazed by surprising results.

In our collaboration, this means only this and all that we sit in a circle, without physical or mental barriers, in our authenticity and truth, expecting the unexpected.
